TL;DR
Localisation Post Producer (Scripting, Transcription, and Audio Description): Coordinating high-volume localisation and accessibility production pipelines with an accent on scheduling, workflow dependencies, resource coordination, and delivery tracking. Focus on booking voice talent and recording sessions, managing script versions and hand-offs, and resolving production risks across creative, editorial, and technical teams.
Location: London, UK. Hybrid work combining remote and in-office work, subject to company policy and agreement with the line manager.

What you will do
- Coordinate incoming scripting and Audio Description requests, ensuring they are complete, actionable, tracked, and ready for scheduling.
- Maintain production schedules across transcription specialists, Audio Description writers, assistant editors, QC teams, voice talent, recording sessions, and mixing resources.
- Sequence work across scripting, quality control, recording, mixing, and final delivery, making real-time adjustments when priorities or dependencies change.
- Track milestones, provide status updates, identify risks, and escalate scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and delivery concerns.
- Coordinate voice talent bookings and recording sessions, aligning facilities, technical resources, materials, and logistics.
- Manage media movement, project tracking, production hand-offs, script versions, and collaboration across creative, editorial, technical, and production stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in production coordination, post-production, localisation, or a related operational environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects across creative, technical, and production teams.
- Understanding of scripting requirements for adaptation and accessibility workflows, including Audio Description and Closed Captioning.
- Project management experience and knowledge of production scheduling or workflow tracking tools such as SmartSheet or Airtable.
- Experience working with talent, vendors, or external partners.

- Accessibility-related certification such as CPACC.
