Localisation Project Manager - Arabic (Gamedev)

Location: hirify.global Europe, Chiswick Business Park, London, UK; hybrid model with 4 days in the studio per week

What you will do

• Own localisation plans from project start to international game release, including schedules, resources, engineering, audio production, localisation kits, terminology, glossaries, and translation memories.
• Develop project plans and workflows while managing time, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and delivery schedules.
• Manage translation assets in memoQ and coordinate text and audio vendors, LQA, development teams, producers, and internal departments.
• Monitor vendor performance, service-level agreements, quality reviews, KPIs, feedback, project reporting, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage localisation requests from Marketing, Brand, PR, LiveOps, Legal, and other business units.
• Explore AI text and voice solutions using internal AI tools, external AI models, and machine voices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in localisation, linguistics, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of game internationalisation and localisation.
• Approximately 3 years of directly related Localisation Project Management experience, preferably in the games industry.
• Extensive experience with CAT tools, especially memoQ.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, financial, and IT skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
