Project Coordinator - Subtitling (Localization/Media Production): Coordinating subtitling localization projects by setting up orders, preparing and validating project assets, and supporting on-time delivery with an accent on project accuracy, organization, and cross-department communication. Location: El Segundo, California, United States — hybrid remote working
Salary: $23 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do
- Enter project orders into internal systems and keep project information accurate and current.
- Upload, organize, and validate assets for production.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support localization workflows and resolve issues.
- Support Project Managers with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
- Help ensure subtitling projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and within agreed parameters.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education, or 2+ years of related experience and training.
- Previous experience in subtitling, localization, or media production is preferred.
- Strong organization and professional communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
