What you will do

• Lead end-to-end purchase order execution and lifecycle management for third-party materials.
• Ensure timely supplier confirmations and delivery alignment.
• Own supplier On-Time Delivery performance and drive recovery actions, improvement plans, and performance reviews.
• Identify and manage supply risks involving lead time, shortages, capacity, and quality.
• Support cost and lead-time optimization through RFQs, commercial analysis, and collaboration with sourcing teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Sourcing, Quality, and suppliers to improve execution and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, supply planning, or supply chain operations with third-party suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier performance and improve On-Time Delivery.
• Experience in supply risk management, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Strong cross-functional experience with planning, sourcing, and quality teams in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Experience with cost optimization, RFQ processes, or supplier negotiation support.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as DBS, Lean, or Kaizen.
