(USA) Realty Project Coach

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma, United States; based at a home store with frequent travel across the US. The role requires working primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours, being away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, and traveling up to 1,000 miles from home.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.

What you will do

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Own project execution in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to stakeholders.
• Partner with store team leads and leadership to supervise hourly associates and keep projects on track.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize associates while supporting their development and career paths.
• Implement business solutions, monitor results, and adapt to changing operational demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work primarily overnight shifts with extensive travel.
• Successful completion of all job-required training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
