What you will do

• Perform and report high-complexity automated and manual laboratory tests across assigned testing areas.
• Verify quality control results and release patient or clinical study results in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain reagents, supplies, instruments, documentation, and a clean, safe laboratory environment.
• Identify testing irregularities, troubleshoot instruments, and support assay validation, method improvements, and new technology implementation.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, GCLP, ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice, and internal quality systems.
• Support audits, inspections, quality initiatives, personnel training, and clinical research projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Eligibility for CLIA high-complexity testing personnel requirements.
• National MLS/MT certification through ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent organization.
• Knowledge of laboratory principles, testing methodologies, safety, infection control, hazardous chemical handling, and QC metrics.
• Ability to troubleshoot laboratory instruments, manage multiple tasks accurately, and use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
