Floating Manager - XtraMart (Retail)

Location: Hampstead, New Hampshire, United States; travel to other store locations is required.

Pay range: $19.96–$23.17 per hour

What you will do

• Support Store Managers at multiple XtraMart locations while training toward future Store Manager responsibilities.
• Supervise, recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, and discipline store associates.
• Manage customer service, store appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and promotional initiatives.
• Order and receive merchandise, maintain fuel inventory records, coordinate gasoline deliveries, and control inventory variations.
• Complete accounting paperwork, bank deposits, ATM and lottery fund reconciliation, cashier audits, and payroll scheduling.
• Maintain compliance records, monitor security camera and PDI functions where applicable, and report maintenance or unusual occurrences.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel between store locations and cover manager vacancies.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Vocational or technical education, high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests and accurately complete written paperwork.
• ServSafe or another approved food safety certification is required within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Ability to attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
