Technical Support Europe - Immunoassay

Location: Remote based in Milan, Italy, with travel to client sites and meetings across Europe required for approximately 70% of the time

Salary: €40,000–€55,000 gross annual salary, plus 10% target bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, instruments, devices, and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot maintenance, repair, installation, and performance issues.
• Support customers and local engineers through virtual assistance and on-site visits.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the diagnostic hardware product line, specifications, functionality, and common issues.
• Analyze support metrics and recurring issues to improve service efficiency and reduce parts costs across Europe.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in the diagnostics or medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
• Availability to travel to European client sites and meetings for approximately 70% of the time.
