What you will do

• Produce manufacturing documentation by integrating design data and maintaining an operator-focused perspective.
• Support balanced and efficient production line systems.
• Act as a technical reference for operators and cooperate daily with a multifunctional team.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during production, preventing industrial impact and eliminating recurrence.
• Support the adoption of digital technologies and the hirify.global Operating System through performance routines and lean actions.

Requirements

• Engineering background in manufacturing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and data analytics.
• Curiosity, rigor, enthusiasm, consistency, and strong teamwork skills.
• Entry-level profile with a diverse academic or non-academic background.

Nice to have

• Project management expertise.
• Knowledge of German or French.
