A400M Flight Ops Services Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, integrate, and deliver Flight Operations Services for A400M and other military aircraft customers.
• Provide technical support on flight operations, flight performance, mission planning, customer queries, and Aerodata products such as navigation and terrain databases.
• Manage internal and subcontracted work packages, budgets, schedules, quality requirements, costs, KPIs, and action plans.
• Coordinate with service programme managers, procurement, legal, design offices, and other Airbus departments.
• Manage technical relationships with external providers including Boeing-Jeppesen, Airbus Navblue, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Thales, and General Electric.
• Lead customer relations for Flight Operations services, products, and offers, including international travel for customer support, training, and operational engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of project management experience in TAS or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of the Airbus organization.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and methodical business development skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with the A400M aircraft or a similar military transport aircraft.
