Inventory Control (Oracle/WMS)

Location: Philly - Ontario, CA, United States; onsite

Salary: $23.52–$31.16 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory levels in the WMS and Oracle ERP system.
• Execute inbound and outbound inventory operations, including purchase orders, receiving, intercompany transfers, RMAs, and material movements.
• Process recycle, destruction, and non-conforming material loads and transactions.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and discrepancy investigations by SKU, quantity, and sub-inventory.
• Maintain FIFO product rotation, storage discipline, warehouse organization, and accurate inventory reports.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, quality standards, housekeeping requirements, and company procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or a similar manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Ontario, California.
• Minimum professional proficiency in a foreign language is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Four years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Four years of experience working in the position.
• Two years of experience managing people or projects.
• Associate's degree.
• Full professional proficiency in a foreign language.
