Inventory Control Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Dayton, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Salary: $23.90–$44.40 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate cycle counters and serve as the primary contact for 3PL warehouses.
• Perform physical ihirify.globalory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain ihirify.globalory records.
• Execute receipts, transfers, and adjustments in WMS and ERP systems.
• Maintain warehouse item slotting and support fixed-pick and slotting strategies.
• Train employees on warehouse and office processes, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects, Kaizen events, value-stream mapping, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• High school diploma; an associate degree is beneficial.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or distribution and 2 years of warehouse, planning, or ihirify.globalory business-system experience.
• Experience with powered industrial trucks, such as order pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts.
• Experience in ihirify.globalory control or warehouse operations, with knowledge of ihirify.globalory systems, spreadsheets, databases, and WMS/ERP platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, independent work, multitasking, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Lean training and practical experience with Gemba, RCCM, Kaizen, and value-stream mapping.
• Supervisory experience.
