Solutions Engineer (Telemetry)

Location: Remote in Japan; Tokyo-based. Travel of up to 30%, mostly across Japan and APAC, may be required. Occasional duties outside standard working hours may be needed to support multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Help customers understand the value of hirify.global throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
• Support customers during proof-of-concept sessions.
• Document customer use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Provide product feedback based on hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
• Background in sales engineering, professional services, or customer support.
• Fluent spoken and written Japanese and English.
• Experience working remotely.
• Must live in Tokyo and be able to travel up to 30%, mostly across Japan and APAC.
