Senior Technician Facilities HVAC - DAY Shift (HVAC)

Location: On-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $33.00–$42.00 per hour, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Maintain building infrastructure and perform preventative maintenance across the campus.
• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heat pumps, and cooling towers.
• Inspect facilities and assess equipment condition to identify required modifications and repairs.
• Repair and replace refrigeration systems, including walk-in freezers and coolers.
• Collaborate with repair technicians, the Facilities Manager, and project managers.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related trade, such as HVAC.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing building equipment.
• Refrigeration license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.

Nice to have

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience reading and working from blueprints, technical schematics, and floor layouts.
• Minnesota Boilers License.
