Product Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the hirify.global Connect Portal platform.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead development of customer portal, authentication, identity, permissions, onboarding workflows, and platform APIs.
• Partner with engineering, design, security, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements, make data-driven trade-offs, and align stakeholders.
• Measure customer outcomes, adoption, operational health, and business impact while removing delivery risks and roadblocks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare or a security- and compliance-sensitive industry.
• 1–2 years of experience working directly with end users or user-facing teams to gather product feedback.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, including engineering, design, security, and product stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, define product direction, and drive execution through influence and accountability.
