Enterprise AI Product Lead

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: $167,328–$261,450 per year when based in Santa Clara, California, plus bonus, stock, and benefits; compensation for the Barcelona location may differ.

What you will do

• Own enterprise AI solution lifecycles from ideation and planning through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous iteration.
• Define use cases, KPI targets, scope, sequencing, backlog priorities, and explicit kill or pivot criteria with business sponsors.
• Lead a senior AI product pod and coordinate dependencies across engineering, design, QA, deployment, data, platform, Legal, Quality, and IT/Security functions.
• Drive adoption and value realization by embedding AI capabilities into real workflows and measuring usage through telemetry.
• Build reusable Fabric assets and contribute transparent status, measured value, and unblockers to monthly portfolio reviews.
• Maintain the product roadmap and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, enablement, adoption, and measurable value.

Requirements

• Shipped experience with LLM applications, including agentic or RAG products taken from concept to an adopted workflow tool.
• Experience leading discovery with skeptical domain experts and serving as the accountable product face to a VP-level sponsor.
• Experience in a portfolio model with explicit kill discipline, including killing or materially pivoting a product or initiative.
• Hands-on ability to prompt, compose agents, read evaluations, and pressure-test engineering claims.
• Comfort working with regulated-environment constraints and cross-functional Legal, Quality, and IT/Security gates.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent and typically 8+ years of relevant experience.
