Enterprise AI Product Lead

What you will do

• Own the enterprise AI solution lifecycle from ideation and planning through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous iteration.
• Define use cases, KPI targets, scope, sequencing, backlog priorities, and explicit kill criteria with the business sponsor.
• Lead a senior AI product pod and coordinate engineers, design, engineering, QA, deployment, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage stakeholder RACI, including Legal, Quality, IT, and Security gates for regulated use cases.
• Drive adoption in real business workflows, measure value and usage telemetry, and contribute reusable Fabric assets to the wider portfolio.
• Maintain the product roadmap and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, enablement, and measurable value delivery.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience shipping LLM applications, including agentic or RAG products, from concept to an adopted workflow tool.
• Experience leading discovery with domain experts and acting as the accountable product representative to a VP-level sponsor.
• Experience working in a portfolio model with explicit kill discipline, including materially pivoting or stopping a product initiative.
• Hands-on fluency with prompting, agent composition, and evaluation of AI solutions.
• Comfort working with regulated-environment constraints and cross-functional Legal, Quality, IT, and Security requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with GxP or an equivalent regulated environment.
• Postgraduate education, professional certification, or relevant license.
