Service Contract Sales Specialist - Southern California

Location: San Diego, California, United States; remote work from home is available, with a field-based role requiring 30% travel

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annual base salary, plus bonus/incentive pay

What you will do

• Sell and renew service contracts, products, systems, and services within an assigned territory, industry, or account portfolio.
• Capture service sales opportunities and achieve contract, revenue, growth, and annual pricing increase targets.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with key decision-makers and buying influencers.
• Generate proposals, prepare service contract quotations, and demonstrate the value of services.
• Manage territory activities and the sales funnel.

Requirements

• Associate degree, BS, or BA required.
• More than 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a service organization or service provider.
• Experience using customer relationship management software; Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficient English communication skills, including strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time in a field-based role.
