Intern - Test Engineering (Commercial Refrigeration)

Location: Onsite in Suwanee, Georgia, United States. Ability to relocate if not local.

What you will do

• Support engineering lab technicians and the Evaluation Engineering Team with performance, evaluation, and compliance testing.
• Set up, monitor, document, and report laboratory test results according to protocols and assembly procedures.
• Evaluate results against test requirements and modify testing programs or equipment as needed to meet test objectives.
• Assist with writing testing procedures and guidelines based on UL Standards.
• Prepare, distribute, and file test reports, and follow design changes on tested equipment through closure.
• Support development of new refrigerated products and participate in the Ideation & Innovation Challenge.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program pursuing at least a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel-based data analysis tools.
• Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D design tools such as AutoCAD or Solid Edge.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and interact with all organizational levels.
