Logistics Specialist (12 Months Contract)

What you will do

• Process orders accurately and on time while coordinating customer logistics requirements.
• Arrange domestic deliveries and international shipments with appointed logistics service providers.
• Secure freight space and coordinate with the Warehouse team to prepare orders for collection.
• Prepare complete shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor shipments through uplift and delivery, resolving issues with stakeholders until completion.
• Handle additional warehouse and logistics-related requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience with order processing, international shipments, domestic deliveries, and shipping documentation.
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Solid understanding of logistics, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities under stress, work independently, and comply with ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
