Global Head of Project Procurement and Process Excellence (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in Singapore; international travel of up to 35% required.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and inspire the Project Procurement team in line with hirify.global values and continuous improvement principles.
• Represent Global Direct Sourcing on the Singapore Site Leadership Team and align local priorities with global sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the integrated Supply Chain Management Shared Service Team, driving standardization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and govern the project portfolio in alignment with business objectives, commodity strategies, supplier roadmaps, and resource priorities.
• Drive project execution through standardized project management, risk management, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication.
• Design and improve end-to-end procurement processes through automation, governance, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain within manufacturing environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in advanced project management and strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices or high-precision instruments, particularly in high-mix low-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP, e-procurement tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
• Stakeholder management experience in a matrixed, multinational organization.
