Senior Platforms Engineer - Infrastructure DevOps

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional locations in Denver, Colorado and San Antonio, Texas

Salary: $106,900–$184,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure automation, CI/CD for infrastructure operations, SRE, DevSecOps, and SDLC processes.
• Design and configure highly available, scalable platforms and systems, maintaining compliance with approved standards and configurations.
• Provide technical leadership for software-defined networking, Network as Code, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust Network Architecture.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, perform capacity planning, and implement system optimization measures.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, technical support escalations, backup planning, disaster recovery design, and recovery testing.
• Build platform documentation and knowledge bases, mentor junior engineers, and facilitate cross-team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant platform engineering experience.
• Strong experience with infrastructure management, networking, infrastructure as code, system administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management, cybersecurity risk management, systems integration, and general programming.
• Preferred experience in Operational Technology and understanding of the PERA model.
• Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, NetBrain, NetBox, Itential, Jenkins, or similar infrastructure as code tools.
