Sales Agent Engagement Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Onsite in Uniondale, New York. No relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $50,000–$60,937 per year, determined based on experience, skills, education, and location.

What you will do

• Engage prospective insurance agents through outbound calls and relationship-building activities.
• Maintain positive working relationships with existing agents and help them grow their business with SSNA.
• Guide agents through onboarding, contracting, and carrier requirements.
• Collaborate with mentors, sales leaders, agents, agencies, and internal teams.
• Learn and apply new marketing strategies and engagement techniques.
• Complete typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer outreach, with confidence initiating outbound conversations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
• Must work onsite in Uniondale, New York.
• Insurance experience is not required; training is provided.
