Implementation Consultant (Property & Lease Management - ProLease Enterprise/Horizon)

Location: Sydney, Australia office; flexibility to travel when required.

What you will do

• Implement MRI Horizon and ProLease Enterprise property and lease management solutions for new and existing APAC clients.
• Gather and document client requirements, conduct gap analyses, and translate business needs into Horizon solution designs.
• Advise clients on property and lease management best practices and support software configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Lead and participate in client working sessions to develop technology-based solutions to business problems.
• Create business and training documentation and deliver remote or face-to-face systems training.
• Support project timelines, risks, resources, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience using or implementing property management software is required; experience with Horizon or ProLease Enterprise is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of real estate, property management, and lease management principles.
• Understanding of software implementation methodologies, requirements analysis, and logical problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, initiative, and customer focus.
• Confidence in training delivery and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths, or Accounting is preferred; willingness to travel when required.
