What you will do

• Develop fit-for-purpose analytics solutions with cross-functional teams across the clinical development continuum.
• Apply statistical methodologies, machine learning, visual analytics, and other advanced analytics techniques.
• Generate data-driven insights for complex R&D business problems.
• Support consistent analytical work products, optimized user experiences, and team design standards.
• Identify business needs and support the creation of standard KPIs, reports, and statistical analyses.
• Ensure adherence to federal and local regulations, Good Clinical Practices, ICH Guidelines, SOPs, and functional quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science, or an equivalent field.
• 2–3 years of data science and analytics-related experience.
• Full or career proficiency in R, Python, SQL, or other statistical packages.
• Intermediate knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques.
• Intermediate proficiency with Spotfire, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or equivalent visualization tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with machine learning and other advanced analytics techniques.
