CNC Operator Swiss, 1st Shift (MedTech)

Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Operate assigned CNC Swiss machines to produce parts according to mechanical engineering drawings.
• Measure and inspect parts, including visual inspection of small components using a microscope.
• Load and unload parts, implement dimensional offsets, and make minor program edits for part size.
• Perform basic machine changeovers and break down and store job-specific tooling.
• Complete quality control documentation, inspection sheets, travelers, and related production records.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, inspection techniques, safety regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and visual inspection skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to meet required close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus-adjustment vision standards.

Nice to have

• Intermediate knowledge of geometric and trigonometric formulas.
