CNC Programmer - Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Warrensville Heights, Ohio, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $19.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and lathes according to blueprint specifications.
• Study blueprints, create designs, cut and manipulate plastics, and fabricate machine parts and tools.
• Select and align fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials.
• Perform quality assurance checks, machine maintenance, adjustments, and program-speed modifications.
• Coordinate with the CNC Supervisor to organize production work and complete orders accurately.
• Follow ISO and safety standards while supporting lean manufacturing through 5S methodology.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent education.
• Basic English reading and speaking skills required to understand work instructions and safety information.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for four or more hours at a time.
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, changing production environment.
• Two or more years of manufacturing, production, or distribution-center experience preferred.
• One or more years of CNC Programmer-Operator experience preferred; blueprint interpretation is a plus.
