Location: United States security-cleared role; requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly

Salary: $213,000–$233,000 per year, plus an additional $53,000–$58,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

What you will do

• Build, debug, and maintain Java- and Python-based integration services.
• Design and support integration components throughout their full lifecycle, from development through production.
• Develop and maintain AWS services using Lambda, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Perform systematic root cause analysis and communicate reproducible findings clearly.
• Review merge requests and provide constructive feedback across internal and cross-domain teams.
• Support production services, including monitoring and on-call troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combined education and experience.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional software development experience with Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining AWS services in production.
• Experience with integration or API-centric products, root cause analysis, and collaborative code review.

Nice to have

• Experience debugging complex Java–Python codebases under pressure or during on-call rotations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.
