Executive Communications Director

Location: Irving, Texas, United States — hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the lead communications partner and strategic adviser to the Spend Management President and senior leadership team.
• Develop communications strategies aligned with Spend Management priorities, hirify.global’s enterprise narrative, and business objectives.
• Translate complex strategies, market dynamics, and leadership priorities into clear messages for employees, clients, and other audiences.
• Lead executive communications, including speeches, presentations, talking points, employee messages, town halls, video scripts, thought leadership, and social content.
• Coordinate messaging across marketing, public relations, thought leadership, internal communications, client-facing, and external channels.
• Measure communications effectiveness using data, feedback, and insights to refine messaging and strategy.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success developing communications strategies and content from complex business priorities.
• Strong executive presence and experience counseling senior leaders on positioning and high-visibility communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills across varied audiences and channels.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, high-priority, or fast-moving business matters.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, influence without formal authority, and travel as needed.
