Operation Manager, Jackpocket (iGaming)

Location: Portland, OR, United States; onsite fulfillment center operations with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $60,400–$75,500 per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits

What you will do

• Lead daily fulfillment center operations, including lottery ticket order processing.
• Train, mentor, schedule, and support the professional development of team members.
• Establish best-practice frameworks and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage timecard approvals and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Oversee facility management, maintenance, local lottery representative coordination, and facility-related issues.
• Prepare cash balance reports and communicate with regional and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of operations and people management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale operations and improving processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, team development, and performance management.
• Technology proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to support continuous operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
