What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, operations management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Ability to optimize processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach and proficiency with relevant business software and tools.
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience are preferred.
