Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Monticello, Minnesota, United States; office-based

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan.

What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, budgeted production goals, and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate colleagues while supporting recruitment and hiring.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers, generate referrals, and lead business development and calling programs.
• Oversee customer service, issue resolution, community involvement, and internal partnerships.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking, investments, consumer and business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal, written, communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
