VP, Assistant Branch Manager - Albany, NY

Location: Albany, NY, United States

Salary: USD $91,100–$171,100 per year, plus bonus and incentive opportunities tied to performance.

What you will do

• Partner with the Branch Manager to execute strategy and drive branch business growth.
• Expand client relationships, grow assets, increase wallet share, and strengthen local market impact.
• Coach, develop, and support a team of financial professionals.
• Manage performance through clear expectations, actionable feedback, and ongoing guidance.
• Use active listening and influential communication to address client, employee, and stakeholder needs.
• Track branch performance against key business metrics and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Currently hold or obtain FINRA Series 66, or Series 63/65.
• Currently hold or obtain FINRA Series 9 and 10, or Series 8.
• Currently hold or obtain a Life and Health Insurance license.
• Relevant financial services experience, including client acquisition, relationship growth, and industry knowledge.
• Experience with coaching, performance management, business development, or leadership activities.

• CFP designation.
