Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; candidates are asked whether they are based in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Santa Fe, or Paraná. The work model is currently fully remote, with a future transition to hybrid.

hirify.global is a hyper-growth Series B fintech building AI-powered WhatsApp remittance services for Latin immigrants in the U.S. using AI, blockchain, and stablecoins.

What you will do

• Build complete operational modules from React interfaces through Node.js services and data models.
• Design high-density data views, complex operational workflows, and internal tools for the CX team.
• Implement BFF and aggregation layers that integrate internal microservices and external providers.
• Standardize payloads and enforce authorization before sensitive data reaches clients.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to reduce handling times and improve operational workflows.
• Mentor peers and promote clean engineering patterns and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or advanced English required.
• Advanced React, TypeScript, HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP, and component-driven UI experience.
• Node.js and TypeScript experience designing structured REST APIs, service boundaries, error handling, and backend patterns.
• Experience with relational schema design, performant queries, transactional integrity, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience designing aggregation or BFF layers and implementing RBAC over sensitive data.

Nice to have

• Technical leadership, mentoring, code review, and architectural decision-making experience.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density operational applications.
• Experience in regulated fintech or healthcare environments with strict access control and data isolation.
