Junior Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Argentina

Salary: $1,500–$2,700 gross per month in USD

What you will do

• Contribute to the software development lifecycle and develop new product features as part of an integrated engineering team.
• Design, develop, install, and document high-quality software solutions.
• Evaluate and deploy software tools, processes, and engineering metrics.
• Provide support and consulting on software system usage.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, coding standards, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in software development.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with single-page web applications and backend API development.
• Experience with relational database storage and retrieval.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
• Familiarity with software engineering tools, development methodologies, and release processes.
