Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote from Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, or locations fitting the EST time zone

What you will do

• Design and develop user experiences and full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, Java, and C#.
• Design backend components including REST APIs, queueing, storage systems, role-based access control, and encryption.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered product features, intelligent automation, and adaptive workflows.
• Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate customer needs into software solutions.
• Own application quality, performance, scalability, reliability, compliance, documentation, and reusable components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on component-level design and coding.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, including REST APIs with JSON and/or XML.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, asynchronous programming, and scalable software development.
• Understanding of Scrum or Kanban and experience working effectively in agile teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience, plus strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and ownership skills.

• Go experience.
• Test-driven development, refactoring, and code structuring for unit and integration testing.
• Pairing, mobbing, or Extreme Programming experience.
