Senior Developer & Technical Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Argentina, LATAM, or Mexico

What you will do

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain features for SaaS web applications.
• Review and improve existing codebases, addressing vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and architectural issues.
• Design scalable systems and features, select appropriate frameworks and tools, and optimize reliability and performance.
• Own development timelines, deliverables, milestones, and project coordination across marketing, operations, and leadership.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Abacus, validating and refining generated code before implementation.
• Manage GitHub workflows, Vercel deployments, APIs, integrations, bugs, outages, and performance issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining web applications or SaaS products and improving existing codebases.
• Strong frontend and/or full-stack development skills, including APIs and integrations.
• Experience with GitHub workflows and deployment platforms; Vercel experience is preferred.
• Ability to review code for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Strong communication skills, proactive project ownership, and excellent English in written and verbal communication.
