What you will do
- Design and build sophisticated, state-rich editing and collaboration experiences.
- Integrate AI and LLM-powered workflows directly into user-facing product interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer workflows into durable solutions.
- Shape UI architecture and define quality standards for a high-impact, regulated industry.
- Refine existing patterns and improve system performance as the product scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building complex web applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Deep expertise in building rich UI editors using ProseMirror or Tiptap.
- Experience with real-time collaboration and local-first applications using Yjs.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM-powered workflows into products.
- Must be based in the U.S.

- Strong familiarity with frontend testing tools and best practices.
