What you will do

• Design and build sophisticated, state-rich editing and collaboration experiences.
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered workflows directly into user-facing product interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer workflows into durable solutions.
• Shape UI architecture and define quality standards for a high-impact, regulated industry.
• Refine existing patterns and improve system performance as the product scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building complex web applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Deep expertise in building rich UI editors using ProseMirror or Tiptap.
• Experience with real-time collaboration and local-first applications using Yjs.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM-powered workflows into products.
• Must be based in the U.S.
