Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Argentina

What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end features across frontend, backend, databases, and system architecture.
• Own feature delivery from design through production, making technical and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and distributed team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Balance scalability, performance, and business priorities while solving complex technical challenges.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automation, and engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, and a modern frontend framework such as Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and enterprise system connections.
• Ownership of features from requirements through production, including architecture and technical decision-making.
• Experience writing automated tests, debugging, and supporting production applications in startup or small-team environments.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English with strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
