Line Service Supervisor (Aviation)

Location: Onsite at the Monett, Missouri airport; candidates must live within a 1-hour drive. Flexible schedule with rotating day and evening shifts, every third weekend on call, and 10% travel.

What you will do

• Supervise, schedule, train, and coordinate Line Service Technicians.
• Fuel business aircraft, maintain fueling logs and fuel truck levels, and order and receive fuel.
• Test fuel quality, including specific gravity, anti-icing additives, and contamination levels.
• Clean, detail, stock, move, and stage aircraft and service ground support equipment.
• Manage supplies, inventory, hangar and equipment assessments, and company and rental vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain FAA-approved fuel training, safety procedures, PPE compliance, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, equipment maintenance, aviation operations, aircraft ground support, line services, airport operations, or physically demanding labor.
• Experience leading, training, supervising, or coordinating operational team members.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate ground support equipment and company vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and work a flexible, nontraditional schedule.
• Immigration sponsorship and support are not available; candidates must not require immigration support now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of aircraft fuel farm operations, ATA 103 standards, and fuel quality control.
• Experience with fleet vehicles, hangar operations, aviation facilities, aircraft fueling, or aviation safety.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation operations best practices.
