Specialist, Cruise Line Program

Location: Remote within the continental United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa or immigration sponsorship is not available. Travel required up to 10%, with occasional work outside standard business hours or the Monday–Friday schedule.

Salary: $52,194–$55,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the in-kind Cruise Line program in support of chapter wish requests.
• Advise chapters on program utilization and complete booking requests.
• Collaborate with Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, chapter staff, and the corporate partner.
• Analyze, track, and report on program utilization while synthesizing chapter feedback.
• Develop efficient processes, training materials, request forms, process documents, and fact sheets.

Requirements

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• 1–3 years of nonprofit experience.
• Experience with travel planning, including coordinating medical needs during travel.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Make-A-Wish chapter or another federated nonprofit organization.
• Experience with Salesforce systems.
