Sourcing Specialist (Procurement)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Scottsdale, Arizona office, United States. Office-based employees typically work together on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $74,000–$87,000 USD annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual cash bonus based on personal and company performance.

What you will do

• Procure goods and services for assigned business units while supporting sourcing and purchasing systems and processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, inventory, purchase orders, contracts, quotations, bids, and supplier selection.
• Analyze industry, economic, market, and spend data to identify category-based sourcing opportunities.
• Track supplier KPIs, support continuous improvement, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate resolution of accounts payable, delivery, materials, equipment, and supplier claim issues.
• Ensure warehouse personnel follow Supply Chain policies and procedures and communicate sourcing decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing and/or procurement.
• Knowledge of negotiation and contracting processes, with strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with computer applications and SAP or other ERP systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Experience in wind energy or another renewable energy industry.
