Customer Care Representative (Manufacturing)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: CAD 55,000–65,000 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Process customer orders using web-based systems and BPCS/AS400.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Check stock, handle pricing requests, and expedite or source products.
• Provide customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with outside sales, supply chain, distribution, and internal departments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer relations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, creative thinking, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; a university degree or college diploma is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, order management, or inside sales support.
• Familiarity with AS400/BPCS or similar order entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and an organized, customer-first approach.
