GTM Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California, or able to commute for hybrid work; U.S. citizens or green card holders only.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize business systems and operational processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Support and improve GTM platforms, including HubSpot, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and business reviews to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct proactive operational analysis to identify trends and uncover process inefficiencies.
• Harness AI tools to automate workflows, improve data analysis, and enhance day-to-day productivity.
• Partner with stakeholders to prepare executive-level deliverables and Board presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship or green card holder status is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with strong preference for HubSpot.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for project execution and automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
