Salary: $157,400–$169,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily Y5 infusion pharmacy operations, including medication storage, preparation, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing schedules to maintain adequate coverage for patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing competency maintenance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, patient concerns, and medication-safety matters.
• Implement departmental policies, process improvements, quality-assurance initiatives, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Active license to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, applicable USP standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to provide direct patient contact and consultative pharmacy services.

Nice to have

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Certification in a related pharmacy specialty or advanced specialty-practice training.
