What you will do

• Apply automotive paint, including color matching and paint mixing, to achieve quality finishes.
• Perform minor surface repairs, sanding, and grinding.
• Prepare vehicles according to hirify.global paint and cosmetic standards.
• Follow standardized work processes and participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, efficient working condition.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Requirements

• Complete hirify.global New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
• Meet performance standards and workstation certification requirements for related roles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in color discernment and paint application techniques.
• Read, interpret, and record data accurately while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection and remain clean-shaven when using a half-face respirator.
