What you will do
- Prepare bicycle frames for painting by buffing, cleaning, and priming surfaces.
- Mix paint colors according to specified requirements.
- Apply custom paint schemes to Project One bicycle frames, forks, and other components.
- Inspect painted finishes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work independently on multiple frames while collaborating with artists and designers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of high-end custom paint application.
- Ability to stand and use hand tools for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear a respirator while painting.
- Availability for Monday–Friday, first-shift, eight-hour workdays; weekend overtime may be required.
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining paint guns or airbrushes.
- Previous bicycle-painting experience is not required.
