Location: Permanent work from home; Central Time schedule, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm

What you will do
- Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Send personalized follow-up emails to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with electricians and installers on material orders, job readiness, and required documentation.
- Process and follow up on permit applications using accurate data entry.
- Manage payment collection workflows and resolve outstanding balances.
- Request customer reviews after completed jobs.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support, scheduling, or customer-facing virtual assistant roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Housecall Pro.
- Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and independent work skills.
- Availability for 40 hours per week on Central Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm.
