Provider Support Coordinator (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Create, update, validate, and maintain provider accounts and contacts in Salesforce.
• Clean duplicate records, correct account associations, reassign contacts, and maintain account hierarchies.
• Monitor automated workflows and alerts, investigate issues, and escalate recurring data or process gaps.
• Conduct outbound calls to provider offices to confirm consent, communication preferences, and practice details.
• Introduce BlinkRx to new provider accounts and gather information needed for prior authorization processes.
• Document outreach outcomes, triage pharmacy requests, and provide accurate handoffs to the PAM team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, data entry, or sales operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence conducting professional outreach with provider offices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have

• Healthcare operations or provider data experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
