Supply Chain Engineer Internship M/F/X

Consumer goods manufacturing company operating a highly automated cosmetics production site in Blois, producing shampoo brands at large scale.

What you will do

• Deploy a badge-based access management system for forklifts to improve usage traceability, operator safety, and equipment allocation.
• Analyze and strategically reduce inventory levels across three warehouses using PDCA.
• Simplify stock-data visualization and implement actions to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and coordinate 5S and housekeeping projects across operational areas.
• Track improvement actions, associated budgets, safety conditions, process quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or university master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or Continuous Improvement.
• Good knowledge of French and English required.
• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and propose innovative continuous-improvement solutions.
• Interest in project management.
• Availability for a 4-to-6-month internship at the Blois Plant.
