DCR Aircraft Technician A (Aerospace)

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas, United States; onsite work required 90%

What you will do

• Disassemble aircraft components.
• Rework parts for overhaul processes.
• Inspect parts for continued airworthiness.
• Assemble parts for repair or overhaul.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft dynamic systems.

Requirements

• At least four years of mechanical skills experience.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to work onsite and operate production tools, including hydraulic lifts.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking through production areas, and carrying or lifting equipment and tools up to 30 lb.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License is preferred but not required.
